Several of Blue Frog's artists graduated from Graceland University and
were featured in a recent "Local Alumni Artists" show during Graceland's Homecoming October 2007.
The high shine floors and pinpoint lights made the artworks by Rebecca Abarr, Beth Knotts, Vikki Morian, Lynda Rolfe, and Donna Trudell sparkle.
Donna Trudell's watercolor painting depicting local shopowner, Joe Badder, of Talk of the Town & the Climbing Rose, carrying balloons at Lamoni's 2007 4th of July parade was a local favorite.
A photo cannot do justice to the vibrant balloons! And, only those who know Joe can appreciate the likeness she created. It is always a special joy to see a beautiful painting and to know the subject.

As we hear over and over from visitors to our gallery, "I can't believe a small town like Lamoni, can have a gallery this nice. Great job to the women of the Blue Frog. We are so proud to have you in our family!
There are actually five nice galleries in Lamoni now. Definitely worth a day trip for the art collector.
